RELEASED AS VERSION 0.2.

Makefile: Corrected LIBDIR from $(PREFIX)/lib/spam to
$(PREFIX)/lib/spamtrak.  Be sure to delete old directory.

spamtrak-mssg.pl: Several new options.  -a to specify IP address.  -u to
"unreceive" a message.  -T to specify time message was received.

CHANGES: Added to distribution.
